For example, MI will play SRH, PBKS, RCB, and RR twice. It will play KKR, DC, LSG and GT once. It will also play CSK twice.

All the matches of IPL 2023 are going to be held in their respective home grounds. The IPL always tries to spread the base of the game by using some of the smaller centers and the same is expected to be the case with venues like Dharamshala, Raipur, and Jamshedpur in the running to get some games.
Betting impact: The conditions at different venues across the country vary widely. You may have excellent batting conditions in Mumbai but a low-scoring and spin-dominated venue in Chennai. Taking the venue characteristics of each venue is very important in assessing a matchup.

Mumbai Indians
Strengths: A dream fast bowling lineup, an excellent crop of hard-hitting youngsters, and future overseas stars
Weaknesses: A couple of crucial injury concerns, Ishan Kishan's form, and the lack of a world-class spinner

Mumbai Indians finished dead last in IPL 2022, for the first time in the history of the IPL. They did make some investments for the future with players like Dewald Brevis, Tilak Varma, Tim David, and Tristan Stubbs. They have also moved on from Kieron Pollard and recognize the need to possibly groom a successor to Rohit Sharma as well.
We love the acquisition of Cameron Green and believe he could be a real IPL superstar. Also, SKY has cemented his place a the premier batter in T20 cricket making the MI batting lineup quite strong. We think Tristan Stubbs could struggle to find a place in the playing eleven but Brevis, David, Green, and Archer should be the first-choice overseas players in most matches.
At this point in time, Jasprit Bumrah's fitness and Ishan Kishan's form are the two big concerns for MI. We also think their spin department is quite weak. Piyush Chawla could be a specific pick for Chennai and other spin-friendly venues.
Chennai Super Kings
Strengths: CSK has built its squad to dominate on the spin-friendly Chepauk Stadium and that is its biggest strength.
Weaknesses: CSK continues to have one of the oldest squads in IPL and also did not really pick up a quality death bowler. IPL 2023 could be another big struggle for CSK away from home..
Betting Analysis
We are not bullish about the chances of the Chennai Super Kings this season. They look a bit too dependent on Ruturaj Gaikwad and Moeen Ali. Also, their bowling attack has been strengthened with the addition of Kyle Jamieson and Ben Stokes (also Deepak Chahar should be fit for selection) but the bowling lineup could struggle on better batting venues of IPL 2023.
IPL 2023 could be another tough year for CSK.
Kolkata Knight Riders
Strengths: Some smart acquisitions have given KKR a bit of flexibility and made it less dependent on ageing superstars.
Weaknesses: KKR's top-4 is likely to be all Indian players but Shreyas Iyer is the only one currently a national team regular (he is not a T20 regular either).
Betting Analysis
Shreyas Iyer will have to do a lot of the heavy lifting and so Litton Das may get an opportunity to play in IPL 2023. N Jagadeesan is in prime form at the domestic level and has already had a taste of the IPL with CSK. He could be someone that makes a bigger mark this time around.
KKR’s We don't think the bowling lineup for KKR is very convincing. Also Andre Russell and Sunil Narine are still dangerous but perhaps well past their best.
Sunrisers Hyderabad
Strengths: Revamped their entire squad and had an excellent IPL 2023 auction
Weaknesses: Finding the right balance might be an issue with so many new players. Also, the backup options in their squad are a bit thin.
Betting Analysis
SRH bought 12 new players for IPL 2023 and they include some of the biggest names in T20 cricket. In Harry Brook, SRH has managed to get quite possibly the next best batter of world cricket. Glenn Phillips and Aiden Markram add power to the middle while Mayank Aggarwal and Rahul Tripathi bring quality to the top. The bowling lineup is also well-settled with Bhuvneshwar Kumar, T Natarajan, and Umran Malik while the addition of Adil Rashid will only be a big plus.
There are fewer weaknesses in SRH for IPL 2023 than ever before. If we were to be a bit critical then it would be a concern about the current form of T Natarajan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, both of whom have just fallen off their best. Their IPL records are fantastic, though.
Rajasthan Royals
Strengths: Strong core of Indian players in both the batting and bowling departments, well-balanced squad, conditions in Maharashtra should suit them
Weaknesses: Bowling at the death will be a concern
Betting Analysis
The Rajasthan Royals were one of the best teams of IPL 2022 and they have made some strong additions for IPL 2023. Jason Holder and Adam Zampa beef up the bowling options but it will be difficult for both of them to break into the playing eleven.
Devdutt Padikkal, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Sanju Samson are terrific India batters. Shimron Hetmyer has made a name for himself as a middle-order enforcer while Riyan Parag also seems to be taking his game to the next level. The Indian spin-bowling department is also very good.
We don’t see any real weaknesses and if the players can remain fit, the Royals should be able to turn some heads this time around.
Royal Challengers Bangalore
Strengths: Experience, Strong bowling, Virat Kohli back at his best and Will Jacks as perhaps the pick of the IPL 2023 auction as the ‘X’ factor
Weaknesses: Mahipal Lomror and Shahbaz Ahmed in the middle seem a bit underwhelming
Betting Analysis
RCB has been stung so many times with its poor bowling performances that it seems like it did not want to take any chances this time around. Harshal Patel, Josh Hazelwood, and Wanindu Hasaranga are all excellent players to have in your squad while Reece Topley is an excellent backup option.
The batting will revolve around Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell (if he is fit), and Faf du Plessis. It may not have the explosiveness of previous seasons but Will Jacks could be a player than ends up surprising a lot of people with his explosive batting.
This could certainly be a playoff team but a lot will depend on picking the right combination and following the right aggressive approach.
Delhi Capitals
Strengths: Strong batting order, power through the lineup, varied bowling lineup
Weaknesses: Rishab Pant has been injured and is out of IPL 2023. David Warner also has a hairline fracture in his elbow and may not be available for the first part of IPL 2023.
Betting Analysis
From a betting perspective, DC is the team that we are most bullish on. They managed to get some truly spectacular names in the auction. Phil Salt is making a real name for himself as a player that gets blazing starts on a regular basis and Rilee Rossouw is another fantastic left-handed hitter to add to the squad.
Rishab Pant is irreplaceable and while he may not have had the best IPL seasons in 2021 and 2022, his absence will leave a big hole.
Punjab Kings
Strengths: Tremendous batting depth, experience, and solid bowling options
Weaknesses: Players like Arshdeep and possibly Rishi Dhawan will have to take their game to the next level since they seem likely to play pivotal roles this season
Betting Analysis
PBKS has put together a fantastic squad this time around and in many aspects, appears to be the strongest team this season. Shikhar Dhawan, Mayank Aggarwal, Jonny Bairstow, and Liam Livingstone should help form as strong a top-4 as any while Shahrukh Khan and Odeon Smith could play the big-hitting roles down the order.
The bowling lineup is also in good hands with Kagiso Rabada, Rahul Chahar, Harpreet Brar, and Arshdeep Singh in the lineup. We would be very surprised if PBKS does not make it to the IPL 2023 playoffs.
Lucknow Super Giants
Strengths: Plenty of international all-rounders to lend balance and flexibility to the team, power, and one of the sharpest strategic minds in Andy Flower to help the players.
Weaknesses: A number of players that have underperformed expectations in the past
Betting Analysis
LSG seemed to have a clear idea of what it wanted and seems to have achieved that. Nicholas Pooran, Romario Shepherd, and Daniel Sams are all excellent picks. These are players that are currently at the top of their games.
However, Deepak Hooda, Manish Pandey, Krunal Pandya, and K Gowtham are all players that have been put in positions of responsibility but failed in the past. It is a big punt from LSG to put their faith in these players and how they perform will decide their season.
Gujarat Titans
Strengths: Strong bowling lineup, top quality top-order, and some powerful hitters
Weaknesses: Used IPL 2023 auction to build up its squad strength but did not really buy players that would be guaranteed starters
Betting Analysis
The defending champions, Gujarat Titans will be hoping that Hardik Pandya can continue being fit for the duration of IPL 2023. It was his batting and the overs he bowled with the new ball (a role he now does for team India) that made them so well balanced. The core of their team will not change and much of the same tactics that they used last season can be expected.
GT surprised a lot of teams in IPL 2022 but they will come much better prepared for what to expect from them in IPL 2023. We see the loss of Lockie Ferguson as being quite significant and think GT could have more of a challenge to replicate its success..
We are shocked to see that SRH is the highest priced outright bet option right now! It has built a strong squad and is shaping up very nicely. We think Aiden Markram will take the reins of the team and will help make them genuine title contenders. Worth a punt at the price they are being offered.
Outside Bet: Rajasthan Royals (9.00)
This is a much more risky bet but the odds are also much more attractive. We really like the squad that the Rajasthan Royals have put together and think they are going to cause a lot of headaches for a lot of teams. The conditions suit them well and they could end up being the surprise package of IPL 2023.

PepsiCo took over in 2013, then paying a whopping INR 400 crore. That contract ended before its time, however (likely due to spot-fixing scandals) and was taken over by VIVO, who paid INR 190 crore to finish the remaining two seasons of the PepsiCo contract.
VIVO won the bid for continued sponsorship in 2017 for 2018 through 2022 for a staggering INR 2200 crore ($310 million), making it one of the most expensive sponsorships in the history of sports.
